This folio separates publisher identity, current public safety starting points, and original app-authored material. A link supports a bounded claim; it does not make the app a substitute for the source or prove a current program.
The Android app has no Internet permission. Choosing a source asks Android to open the public address in the user’s browser. These publishers receive no app-use data from the app itself; the browser and external site then operate under their own practices.
