Support desk

Most answers stay on the device.

All Hands, Shared Play is intentionally small and offline. It has no account, password, subscription, cloud sync, participant database, or in-app customer-service form.

Quick help

Start with the exact screen

A module image does not appear

Close and reopen the screen, then restart the app. All editorial images are packaged inside the app and do not need a network connection.

The Session Thread looks out of order

Use the arrow controls, then reopen Session Thread to refresh the visible order. The thread accepts no more than five module cards.

I want to remove local selections

Open Back Pocket → Privacy Center → Clear Local Data. Android Settings → Apps → All Hands, Shared Play → Storage → Clear data or uninstalling also removes local app state.

A source link will not open

The app has no Internet permission. It asks Android to open the address in your chosen browser. Confirm that a browser is installed and that the device has a connection.

Text or controls are difficult to use

Try Android font/display size, TalkBack, magnification, or other access settings, then review the accessibility page for known limits and feedback details.

I need team, registration, or emergency help

This guide does not run a team, register a participant, approve pickup, investigate a report, or provide emergency response. Use the responsible organization’s current route or local emergency services.

Contact boundary

Use only the verified listing contact

This release package does not invent an email address. For app, accessibility, or privacy questions, use the monitored developer contact displayed on the app’s current Google Play listing or the public support route linked from that listing after the publisher completes release setup.

Include

Useful technical context

App version, Android/device version, screen name, steps already tried, expected result, and a description of the visible error.

Avoid

Sensitive participant data

Do not send names, rosters, dates of birth, health or injury details, incident narratives, pickup details, passwords, or payment information.

Urgent issues

Use the right channel

For immediate danger, medical emergencies, suspected abuse, or required reports, use local emergency services and the responsible authority’s current procedure—not app support.
